If you do not register with us, or if you choose to visit the website anonymously, you will still be permitted to view all public pages. However, you will not, among other things, be able to add Content to the Service.

These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser.
3. The Way We Use Information
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To save and display your content. We save your content forever and display it on your private pages or public pages, depending on your privacy settings.
To process transactions. We do not process or store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed by Stripe, a leading internet payment gateway, to collect your credit card details and authorize the transaction.
To send periodic emails. The email address you provide at registration will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your account, e.g., password reminders. If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, public or private, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested. This restriction does not include website hosting partners and other trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when necessary to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
4. Invitations to Other Users
Registered organization members can invite people to view their pages or join the site by sending invitations via email. We store the email addresses provided in order to facilitate invitation reminders to the same person. We do not sell or rent these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations. Recipients of invitations from ServeHive may contact us to request the removal of their email addresses from our database.
5. Our Commitment to Data Security
To maintain data accuracy and protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
We restrict access to personal information to ServeHive employees and employees of third-party service providers who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality agreements and may be subject to disciplinary actions, up to and including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

All supplied credit card information is encrypted and transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to our payment gateway provider, only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and required to keep the information confidential.

Occasionally, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
7. How You Can Access, Correct or Delete Your Information
You can access and edit all your personally identifiable information that we collect online by visiting our home page at www.servehive.com and logging into your account with your username and password.
Members may edit or delete any of their information at any time by logging into their account. Information will be updated immediately. Deleted information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time, but will not be generally available to anyone.
